- Rob LI had a few air pockets in my Challenger Shaker stripe that kept having issues at high speeds. I saw some videos on YouTube that recommended using a hairdryer on my hood of my car and peeling off the stripes. That seemed too risky to ruin the fine paint. I went to see owner Dominic who did a great job removing the hood stripe with a heat lamp, adhesive remover, and a fine buff. You can’t even see any stripe images and the hood looks great. The job was done while I waited at the coffee shop with a loaner car. A got a great deal too and was back on the road by 10am. Thanks very much.
